We read and answer English messages. By telephone we can also speak English — and if a question cannot be settled on the spot, we will call you back.
What your email should contain
To help us deal with your message quickly, please include the following:
- The name of the survey: „Düsseldorfer Freizeit- und Kulturpanel“.
- If your code is lost or illegible: the address the letter was sent to — that is the only way we can assign a new code.
- For error messages: the last steps before the error appeared — what did you last click or type?
We never ask for your access code by email and do not need it in order to answer you. If your code is illegible or lost, a short note with your postal address is enough — we will then send you a new one by post.

For questions about the design of the survey, the sample or the analysis, please contact the head of the study directly. The details are in the box beside this text.
Who is behind this survey
The panel is run by one private individual, Christian Sondergeld, at his own expense and under his own personal liability. No company, client or public body is involved. The provider identification required by German law is set out in the legal notice (the German Impressum is the binding version).
